I decided to train to become a Soul Integration™ facilitator on the back of having two transformative Soul Integration™ sessions myself in 2024. Inspite of my firm promise to myself to never to study again after 10 years of intensive, extensive psychotherapy trainings, I could not ignore the sharp internal nudge to become a Soul Integration™ facilitator. I knew I wanted to offer others’ what had been given to me. The Soul Integration experience has been the missing link in my own transformation.

I occasionally integrate the tool in my work as a Core Process psychotherapist. I also offer stand-alone sessions as oftentimes individuals do not want, or are not able to commit to weekly psychotherapy, but they want assistance in understanding themselves more or letting go of behaviours, patterns, ways of being that no longer serve them. Or they want guidance on how to realise their dreams, live their best life and love themselves unconditionally. This is my calling.

What is Soul Integration?

“It is a process that leads to emotional mastery as you come into that full love of self in a soul-centered way. Then what occurs is that no matter what occurs in your life, there is a calm and peace within you and an understanding that this too will pass, for it is only an opportunity of growth that has presented itself. So, the entirety of belief of victimization then is released.” THEO

What are the benefits of Soul Integration?

“Greater peace within. Happiness many seek is truly a peace in the heart and

comfortableness of being in your skin and in your life. Your responses to situations,

circumstances and challenges will have changed. You will not feel victimized but know

you have the ability to transmute all energies. With this integration, there is that self-love that permeates the atmosphere in your life that draws unto you that manifestational flow of ease. There is a relinquishment of time and space and a knowingness on the inner that all is well. No matter what is on the outer. They are only opportunities of growth and that would be felt. How does the Soul Integration process create better relationships in our lives?

“When you love yourself, you can love others. You have the concept of what love is. It is

not just a projection of the beliefs about self. When there is soul-centeredness, there is

the ability to love others in their way, their souls, unconditionally. And relationships are

there to mirror unto you, each of you, those parts of self. So, if one can love another, one is only seeing his or herself in the other – are they not? – the same way with any feeling. It is only a projection. The gift of relationship is that learning.” THEO

If you would like a Soul Integration™session please email me. I will send you a brief form which I ask you to fill out and return at least 24hours before the session, it will only take a few minutes, but it is an important part of the process.

I charge £90 for a session which lasts 60 minutes, I ask clients to pay for the session when I send out the form.
